Much of the work of social movement building is fairly boring to watch – the tedious job of developing a strategy, meeting with stakeholders, doing organizational planning in nondescript conference rooms from one country to the next!

The visuals of creating change are more evident once the change has taken place. With that giant disclaimer, here are few highlights from my recent work across Eastern and Western Europe, the Gulf, Central Asia and other destinations in my attempt to capture a small sense of what it like to do social movement building across the globe.
